Hey, you were the first person to welcome *me*, almost a year ago!The nice thing about the site here is that in spite of the many ownership changes, the mod team remained almost unchanged. I don't know, just gives me a good feeling. Okay, so, it's 4:30am and I just had a glass of awesome red wine, but still, I like you guys.
Jay seems to fit in well! He likes off-topic chattering just as much as most of us.![]()
I'm a new guy too. I have posted an official 'howdy' here
Looking forward to playing the game and working with all involved in the forum.
As for iEntry, I expect we'll be here for the long haul. I'm looking forward to all kinds of cool stuff for the forum.
Step 1 being get this thing moved to our rack with the beefy servers and gobs o' bandwidth. Seems to be mission accomplished - kudos to LanLocked and crew.
Step 2, zap the all the AdSense links/ads (too annoying). Done.
Step 3 introduce myself to the community, actually buy, install, and start playing the game. In process.
Welcome here Anti-M. And glad to see you're one of those hardcore guys who think manuals are for sissies!(well sometimes I think as well I should have read it, but as you said in your introduction thread, where's the fun at it?).
At first I was very doubtful of you guys' commitment, but seeing you there being real gamers and getting the game (and soon posting noob questions) is quite reassuring.
PS: hope I didn't make too much typo there. Wine + cognac + rhum + beer makes posting on the forums nastier![]()
Hello LANLocked and Anti-M!
Sorry, a little late than never on the welcome...I am somewhat slow on weekends and weekdays.
So, are you guys from Kentucky, or do they have great tax breaks there? It has been a long time since I passed through there. Think it was for some horse race or something....![]()
We are Kentuckians lol![]()
Mike aka Anti-M is natural born here... I migrated in '94
Thanks for the warm welcome!
Oh... and while iEntry has not been to the Derby, we do go to Keeneland one Friday every spring and fall![]()
haha...that is fantastic. I am from Indiana and currently across the pond. Makes me really miss the cooking.
with circling equines...you can't go wrong.![]()

Having grown up in New England (Cape Cod to be precise) there is one thing that we get here that I absolutely love -- Fried Chicken (though... not KFC lol)
I *still* miss seafood from NE though :/
Whereabouts across the pond? I hear there is some great cuisine abroad
