That's the kind of arrangement between publisher and a large vendor that I, as a customer, don't really care for. I've bought my games from the same store for over twenty years, and if I pay the same price as everyone else, I'd like the same in-game content as everyone else. It's perfectly all right to include special content in all pre-order versions or collector's editions, but tying it to a purchase from a specific vendor isn't such a good idea, in my opinion.

That's what I did.
