Just encountered Coldshoulder for first time. And then again. Gods, 100% ranged Freeze skill of sorts, keeps freezing me while hitting me in melee. The only cure is to exit game :D Is there any way...
If I may add, I would like to know more about weapon skills, like when do they cap (if they do at all), and what do they actually do? I imagine them as passive skills that probably increase total dmg...
