After playing some time with my -100 recharge druid I must say it gets very boring. I hardly play with him anymore, just to collect relics/items for my lower lvl chars.

1 point in BR for the extra offensive ability is what I did. I think it's worth it. If you are not sure, just try it out and if you dont like it, buy the points back from a mystic.
