yes, try the compatibility mode and make sure you run it as administrator

the absolute values come first, then applies the percentage values. so FIRST you divide it, then subtract the absolute values. makes more sense, doesn't it?

i mean the windows username has to be the same as it was last time because some save files contain a direct path.

the vaults are in the same directory.
back up the whole "my games" dir

and save yourself a headache, and when you reinstall windows, choose the same windows username that you're using now....
