Just to make sure I have this correct, the new location for the shared stash (which isn't being updated) is:
C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Games\Titan Quest - Immortal...

I believe that in-game lvl requirement is calculated somehow, but no one knows exactly how. Think of the TQ Vault level as an item level and the in-game lvl as the required level. ;P lol

I don't believe the fanpatch modifies anything that TQ Vault or TQ Collector uses, those mostly deal with the character saves and there definitely aren't any changes there.

The Defiler doesn't do any dbr edits, only hard-coded edits to the game's DLL files for those mods. ;)

You should have your game updated to the latest official version first. 1.30 is for TQ however, and the 1.17 fanpatch is only for IT. If you have IT installed then you're good to go, it patches TQ...
