ok, im a average on this game so dont flame me for not knowin every single detail =), im currently on epic act 3 and using

and the sword gives +2 storm nimbus, im currently warfare/nature, so is it the class that it cant get the nimbus.. btw i had 1 item that gave +2 war horn, and i didnt get the skill, dunno why maybe because i didnt spend any skill in it yet...

if it adds + to a skill, you have to have 1 point in the skill first, to get a skill without putting points into it, has to be "grants skill"

and storm nimbus is a Storm spell, so the +2 to storm nimbus does a whole lotta nothin for you as a W/N
