View Full Version : Can basic UI mods (font/fontsize) be applied in non-custom games?

I've been wondering this for a while, as, although I find nothing inherently wrong with the UI in the demo (nothing at all wrong, actually), my one, really picky, stupid gripe is to be able to change the font/fontsize of in-game text. Any word on that?
btw, does that make me weird?

I think a dev posted that the only modifications to the interface would be the locations of stuff ... I think
And yes, it makes you weird :nerd:
Actually, that is a really good question. ONLY gripe I have with the game is the chunky font used and would love the ability to change it.
It's extremely petty and won't hurt my experience all that much.
You actaully will be able to change the fonts and size of text in the game as part of a mod, but it will only be playable within a custom game as the campaign uses our resource set.

TTF, Postscript or OpenType? I assume a TTF that gets somehow embedded i the custom quest dataset? That opens the possibility of using Herculanum or other freely available Roman-type display serifs.

Sweet! I love it when I'm wrong about these kinds of things ..

Is there any change with the font type in the full game, since the demo?

The game uses TrueType fonts that get embedded.
