Hello There!

A mature expansion edition would be awesome.

-Gore option
-Heads, arms, limbs, stomack, belli, skins, hairs, and body parts slash-cutable
-Different currency
-Item durability

It's far more than a tiny mod. These suggestions are some new expansion.Bonus, data disc.

The change of this happening is very small if not impossible because it doesnt fit in with Brian Sullivans vision of the game.

Just give me more playing levels and a higher max level. Which will probably be the case as level 65 seems a strange place to cap the level.

Yeah, 100 character level cap for expansion would be welcome.
Plus skill synergies, new skills, scenarios, acts, monsters, weapons, musics, ancient easter eggs too...
+1 masterity /3 in all/

Last masterity gets in 60th car lev.

I know my first reply suggestions mentioned before near to impossible. However hope dies last.

a third mastery? you're nuts.. :p no offence

why on earth would you want to give ppl the option of THREE masteries.. all chars could be strong that way there's no challenge that way.. almost every combo with either warfare/defense is possible, both too with storm or fire! that would give you three things to deal and take massive damage! even spellcasters would become tanks:errf:

Level 100 is also a huge increase. If it's gonna be raised it shouldn't be higher than 80, max. I'd rather it wasn't raised at all, personally.

Justifying bumping up the lvls quite a bit had better raise the lvls of monsters and ai. If not, that would be a shame because the difficulty would go down the tubes. As far as 3+ masteries, I don't think taht would fly. Like ToiMoi said, that would make spellcasters tanks and so forth. Where is the balance in that. Although, to be honest...that would be neat. Just not practical.

The only reason I see for bumping levels ad nauseam (level 1000 anyone?) is because some people become emotionally invested in their characters and want to have them progress forever.

* rah serves up a vicious slap to their heads * Let it go man, re-roll another character and start over again. A level 3500 rogue fighting a 250,000 hit point monster doesn't sound like fun to me.

lol, very true Rah...where does it end

Level 100 is okay. It's a round number.

Third masterity is a little bit overpowered...but some special -unique- skills on 60th level or later...would be interesting....

thats a smart idea  a disc that u install with the game to make it rated M. the only problem i see is that it wud cost $ to make the disc so the M disc wudnt b free :(. but then it wud apeal 2 a larger audience as a T game and an M game.

If that disc did come with all versions, in the states, it would be rated M no matter what. That laws are pretty sticky now.

I would love to see a hardcore mode.. Like in diablo2 where you only get 1 life and if you die you lose your char.

MadWasp and Prophet, don't make me come in here and lock the thread, OK? :shifty:

Gore ain't happening.

This has been discussed to death in lots of other threads. The developers know there are people who want it. And I understand the desire for the option, but the developers have said no, so just back slowly away from the flying limbs, OK?

Now back to our regular programming.

I really think this game needs some gore. I feel more satisfied when I see the gore after killing something. I'd also like to see some official crafting in the game. Nothing deep, but at least what Blizzard had with their Horadric cube. I can't believe they didn't add that in this game!

If they added a system like that it would just be blatent plagerism.

Its a peaceful forum place.Im in peace with all of you.Although Different people say different ideas, opinions. What's wrong? Where is the freedom of talk? Humanity and Freedom of the United States? Its a free forum or a censored imperial or despotic page?!

I see programmers hate rude-mature options. But... every coin has a second side... pro and against...

Who was that aimed against. Oh well, no problem. The States aren't the only country with laws that are aimed to "protect" the children and youths. I for one, don't care. It is all about parenting. I have listened to all the people about gore. They have had some neat ideas. I have listened to Roland about camera issues, neat idea. Everyone has neat ideas. These are the forums!

BY THE WAY!!! Please don't take the camera rotation stuff as an invite to post about camera rotation here. Just a for instance. Also, there is another thread out there were you can go nuts...just ask Roland...:):):):)

P.S. Roland...I used my image alotment just for you...*smiles*

All we're saying MadWasp is that there are clearly two camps on the forums ... and we're being all polite about it. Yes, there are some here who desperately want/need gore in games, while other don't see the need, especially in games like TQ. Discuss all you want ... feel free. It's when words like "must have" and "needs" get thrown in without a clear "in my opinion" that folks get riled up.

So keep discussing, sure. We all know you have a right to your opinions about gore and we're trying to accomodate yours and everyone's views here. It's the endless back and forth "needs gore" versus "no it doesn't" that's just silly, though.

Finally, please accept that the developers have said no gore, so there won't be any. But they have heard your request (and others) so there's really no need to keep pleading that argument to them. OK?

Maybe some resourceful modder with lots of time on their hands will add it for those who want it. So there is hope.

Peace. :)

Yes, I accept these notes about this theme. I'm fully satisfied.
My opinions and opinions of the developers are different, but we live in peace. :) I pray for that mod you mentioned before...

Having no gore in the game doesn't bother me one bit. It reminds me of my younger days when the only games I'd have interest in would be the ones with all the swearing and mature stuff. Needless to say most of those games weren't very fun.
