Offical Mod Announcement: Norse/Viking

Hi everyone,

I wanted to stop by to let everyone know of a new mod for Titan Quest that I will be working on along with a few others.

It doesn't have a name yet, but it will be based entirely around Norse methology. As we are still in the early research stages I don't have a lot of information to pass on at this time. We should have a website up within the next week though that will contain all of our updates.

The goal of the project though will to provide a play experience in length of at least one of the 3 themed areas that are already in TQ. Maybe longer depending on how much content we write.

The site is still rough and there isn't as many details as I would like up, but we will be releasing more as development continues.

So we finally have a name for the Mod and a website up as development continues along at a good pace. I have posted a link to the website in my original post for anyone who is interested. :)

I should mention that at this time we aren't looking to add new team members to the project yet. Although we appreciate the offers and are glad to hear that people are interested in the project. We are still working on getting the story and locations fully researched and fleshed out to the point that anyone could look at what we are doing and be able to build a map and have it fit in with everything else.

So we aren't quite ready to start doing mapping yet. Although we could start if we wanted too, we are looking to do this right and provide a play experience as good as playing the original Titan Quest. When and if we do need people though I will be making a post on our website as well as the forums to let people know about what rolls we need someone to fill.
