Modify Character Max. Level

I would like to know, that is there a way to change (reduce) max clvl in Immortal Throne?
I would like to reduce max clvl to 70 from 75.
Is it possible anyhow?

Yes. Don't spend any attribute or skill points from level 70 to 75.

Although perhaps you should play a toon to level 70 first, and then see if you still feel it's worth worrying about.
