Skill question

I downloaded the mod and i'm loving it but I have a question about the skills at the top of the tree.
Are they worth the 40+ points you have to spend in training to get them? or should I go for another mastery.

Hi Bobmom,

ofc the top-tree-skills are powerful, but i rather considered them as "extras" to encourage ppl to use training. Besides the special skill, training allows to focus on one single mastery, what is a bit difficult -altough possible- with metamorphosis since metamorphosis lacks offensive capacities which can only be provided in a very little scale by training on its own.
I think i made some mistakes with those skills, speaking of the ones from the Daemonism and the Depredation masteries, since the Daemon skill is definitely by far too strong (especially in combination with the "Restless"-skill) and the Depredation's one too weak.
Ofc you could pick metamorphosis+training and go for 100%cdr what would make you immortal after all but i dont think this would be very fun at all.

Well, i just dont know wether you should pick training or something else, just pick what you like and i dissuade you from picking training just for the top-tier-skill since training+metamorphosis is a combination with little acitve gameplay.

Honestly, my favourite build so far (and the one I have found most effective) has been a Metamorphosis/Depredation hybrid. Metamorphosis gives you insane survivability and the combination of some retaliation skills + Blazing Aura wrecks anything and everything early game. Once stuff starts getting lots of life, start investing in Depredation skills and you become a killing machine that is also insanely hard to take down. It works beautifully
