chance to dodge attack

I maxed out the dodge attack skill for my harbinger, it says I have 21% chance to avoid attacks. I also have a cuff that gives me 17% attack speed + 9% chance to avoid attacks. The skill and the item will stack together and give me 30% chance to avoid attack right? Or does it not stack.

Also, x% chance to dodge attacks, does this include projectile as well?

Yes it does stack.
And no,chance to dodge attacks does not include chance to dodge projectiles

Also keep in mind, every 100 points in DA is ~ 5% chance to dodge. 2000DA makes you invulnerable to all but one or two mobs.
