Just completed the game on normal with my harbringer and started on Epic. And i have two questions.

I noticed my resistances dropooing. How much is this and will it be more in legendary?

The new relics. Can one use them in formulas that require the "normal" versions of them?

It happens in both epic and legendary, 40% on epic, 100% on legendary.
