Need some tips for building a Bone Charmer (Hunting + Spirit)

Hello gentlemen. I hope you are doing well.

Sorry for starting a new thread cause I couldn't find any guide for Bone Charmers.

Trying to help my brother with his Bone Charmer build.

I need to know a few things.

He is trying to build an Archer with few abilities from the Spirit world (Like Liche King)

1. Can someone please give the final look from Titan Quest Calculator. (Focusing on Archer'ing plus Liche King and a few other extras from the Spirit tree)
2. How should he spread the attribute points? Dex:Str 2:1 3:1 2:0

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)
