Starting a new character, need recommendation ^_^

Hi there,

Played through on a Summoner and Harbinger now, and looking to play through again with another character. I have a TON of farmed items at my disposal now and am looking for a character that will feel somewhat over powered.

I would also be trying out xmax, so the need to be able to survive that would also be necessary!

So, what character have played that was extremely overpowered? I was thinking about Diviner... =) I wouldn't mind using any of the following: Rogue, Storm, Spirit, Defense, Hunting, but it doesn't have to be one of these =)

conqueror, warden, templar, i don't know =). Most of these are with a shield, so they can take much damage, but they also got more skills to take on groups.

You've played mage and melee, why not try an archer? Hunting and Rogue survives Xmax very easily and is a good toon for learning archery.

Hmm, I was thinking about Archery but my main partner is a Bow-Wielding Slayer.

I will look into some of the combinations =)

Corsair (Defense/Rogue), Paladin (Defense/Storm) or Templar (Defense/Dream) might all be good classes to try; you charging in to smash the mobs while your mate is strafing them with his bow skills.
