A short description of the mod (translated from german language ---> source (http://titanquest.4fansites.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7673))
Features:
* All 9 masteries reworked and rebalanced. Every mastery now goes up to 40 points and contains 24 skills.
* Max charlevel raised to 85
* 3 new secret areas added
* New monsters
* 30 new rare affixes
* Many relicts and charms advanced and reworked
* Many items new balanced and improved
* All set-boni improved
* New sets added
* New weapon-class: Vitality-staff
* New item-class: Mythic (better than legendary)
* New items
* New ultra rare items
* New easter egg items
* Massive balancing, inclusive some new features:
- Raised spawn-rate of monsters
- Raised chance of boss- and heromonsters
- XP from tombstone lowered by 50%
- Axes now give 15% pierce
- Potions now stack up to 100
- Potions-CD set to 16 seconds
- Defense ability now gives a lower chance to dodge (damagereduction is not affected)
- Bossmonsters have an aura that annihilates immunities by dodge and reflection
* This mod contains also features of other mods:
All bugfixes of the last community fanpatch (1.17a) and some fixes of the next fanpatch

Changelog Patch 1.3:
o Players start with 2000 gold (to help new players get out of Helos faster).
o UI text changes now working (class names, race names, damage type display changes)
o Sileni Butcher gear no longer says "Brute's" gear (they now drop "Butcher's Smock" and MI "Butcher's Plate).
o Templar's set now renamed to Overseer's.
o Anapaest and other gigantes are now correctly classed as "Gigantes"
o Skill and mastery bonuses on new set items fixed (including Horns of Vorenus, Vestments of the Seer, etc..)
o Arachne's Shame now drops Black Venom Sack properly (not working but fixed with patch 1.4)
o Legendary Reaver's wands and MI wands now drop in Epic and Legendary (were dropping normal ones in all 3 difficulties)
o Animations fixed when players dual-wielding wands.
o Tortured Soul charm description changed to indicate amulet-only restriction.
o OA/DA math fixed (thanks to Galefury).
o Cleave description changed for clarity.
o Epic and Legendary quilvines no longer have 100% chance to sleep target
