Turning off all the shadows?

Is it possible?
I dont have a high end computer so I have been looking for alternatives how to improve the framerate ( it is almost atm, but still low in places, where a lot of shadows must be rendered. )

It's not possible ingame, but maybe someone can check the gamefiles and alter it there. I'm not very good at those things :p
