According to this pre-order on amazon the release date is Feb. 3 2006. Hope we don't get the same delay as with HL2 :-)

sooner then i expected :-D :D but i dont really think amazon is very reliable i would rather wait for an official statement from iron lore.

I wouldnt get your hopes up too much if they would delay the game 4 months more you would get insane of waiting.

It's a great idea to pre-order it now! This game looks like it'll be a hit, and if it is a big seller than you may end up waiting a lot longer than you had hoped for.

In that case, i'm sure that you'll find a friend or someone on ebay that would buy the copy of the game that you won.

i never pre order games on the net because i have heard and seen too many occasions where a pre order of a game on the net went horrible wrong.

I'm through with buying things online, period. This past month, i've been getting too many shocks in the mail from where companies I have never heard of have been getting my credit card information from the net and using it.

and besides you can pre order games at your local game shop 2 weeks before release and then they will call you when the game arrives and no extra sending costs are made so why pre order.

i never like to pre-order.. what if the game turns out sucky :p not that this one will prob..

Exactly, and that will cut down on the shipping and handling costs. You don't have to worry about anybody stealing your package.

although i have to say some games are cheaper online than in stores... but MediaMarkt is a nice place for low priced games :D

jes you are right and sometimes in mediamarkt they even give a bonus with the game they sell i remember when i bought morrowind i got a t-shirt with the morrowind logo on it it was the wrong size but hell it looked nice.

I remember morrowind.. so much hype but i still could not work the game out!

Im not pre-ordering TQ, i find its cheaper if you just wait until its available in store.

A lot of games are over rated. I was going to "rent" the game, but I don't think anybody rents computer games out.

pre ordering has another bad side attached to it if the game disc is damaged getting a new good one is pure hell.

Wow, you guys are pretty lucky. I would have to check to see if my local library rents out computer games. It may, but it normally rents out music etc that's fairly old.

I saw somewhere that the release date was March 30th 2006 and that sounds more like it. Maybe some delay and could become June..... :oops:

Official date is different from february 3.


"A good game needs a good test" A good test needs a great deal of time...

It worth to wait, the stable bugfree version with full of easter eggs, and tons of items, minions, etc...

ehm I have heard from 501105 that the game might not be finished on february the third :(
this because of a nasty bug in the engine....

but I dont know the whole story so 501105 speak up! ;)
