A glowing Blue Angel appears next to you. She asks if you will agree to be absorbed forever into the realm of Titan Quest to SAVE HUMANITY!!! She says the Titans are awakening and escaping and the magical realm is threatening to BUST INTO OUR REAL WORLD!!!!

So they need a human hero to go back and live in the magical realm forever to fight back the Titans!!!

I would only agree to this if I get to come back home (home home that is, not Ancient Greece) once I am done with Hades on normal. But to slay monsters forever would get boring, considering I can't ever die, so no.

I don't believe that any angel that asks me to spend eternity in a video game that glorifies mythological deities was sent by the man upstairs (who hates idolatry with a purple passion), so I would decline, assuming that he was sent by Satan.
