Patch works for me, mostly. Multiplayer is still not entirely fixed, but better. Furthermore I can run at higher settings now, without reaching my systems temperature threshold, but temperatures are still running unusually high. I am aware that this is not something this patch was supposed to fix, but something in it helped. Games' a bit smoother too.
