One question I was wondering about: are attack speed bonuses flat or based on the attack speed of your weapon? For example:
I have a mace with a base attack speed of 80% (0.8 hits per second). I equip bracers which have a 20% bonus to attack speed. Do I get:
A: 80 + 20 = 100 attack speed (1 hit per second)
Or;
B: 80 + (80/5) = 96 attack speed (0/96 hits per second).
If it's the latter, do you simply add up multiple attack speed bonuses and stick them on? So if I have the same mace, but my boots, helm and bracers all give 20% bonus attack speed, do I end up with 128 (80 + (80/100)*60) attack speed, or 140 (80 + 20 + 20 + 20)?
It's a fairly small difference, but it's been niggling at me.
