Who drops this item?

Hi all..... :nerd:
I've found a very very cool green item (a monster infrequent i think) in a vault file received during my exchanges with other players. The item is this

Translated from italian to english, they are Commander' bracers (or something similar) and grant basically 60% damage reduction from beasts. But the sample in my hand only gives few points of strenght, but i would be happy to have one with +x%DA and/or +x%CAP!!!!! Can you please tell me what monster drops this item? I think tigermen or neanderthal, but i'm not sure and would like to avoid useless farming.

I've gotten the chest armor from Barmanu. Normal neanderthals won't drop that.

I've just discovered that the corresponding armor is given by Yerren heroes!!!!! :rockon:
Amazing: 10% CAP, 40% stun resist and a total of 95% damage reduction from beasts (in fact is an armor "of the glade", so is 60% innate + 35% glade) :D
