Making maps

Hey guys, i've never really done this but i want to start learning how. I opened up the editor today and it kinda left me puzzled... I want to learn how to start making a map. How ever the things i need to know is .. how to lay down foundation so i dont have a black screeen and build walls and such i can learn it easy i just need a push to start. I looked around the forums but i havent seen anything on starting a creation. Thanks for your guidence and help.

umm reason no1 says about that on forums is because i think what your after is in the tutorial that came with the game, section 10 of the tutorial for that, also its in the quick start guide that also came with game , should b in ut startup menu that 1.

You need to check out the modding document that comes with the editor. You can find it from the 'Help' menu in Art Manager or Editor. It will teach you all the basics.
