Mod Problems

I'm new to mods. I was getting tired of the same old game and played Achilles mod on line. Found a spot to down load it. Does anyone know if it plays the same for single player as for multi? Or is it only good for multi-player. When I tried it as a single character it was quite different than the server game.:confused:
Which mods are worth playing. i am not that interested in changing skins or making a hacked character. Finding more purple stuff would be nice.:lol:

XMAX is worth it

Lilith is good , although my new char got owned at the start

Defiler if you want more Purple

TQ Vault is a must , latest version of course .

also the Masteries Mod is very good , a whole new game

never seen Achilles Mod , what is it.

Shop MI is also rather good

Achilles Mod uses the same maps as main quest but increases the number of monsters and the appearance of tough monsters. I have played it on the server in Legendary and find that it tends to lag unless all the players are playing within close proximity.

Just to make sure you actually give Lilith a try, I want to point out that Lilith is a bit more of a complete game. Defiler and TQVault are tools that work with the game but Lilith is HUGE and you can play Lilith at different difficulties and with the classic masteries or the other mod mentioned, the Masteries Mod. Thus if you are sick of Greece et al. Try the Lilith Masteries Mod for a whole new, and very complete, TQ gaming experience. If you are getting pwned, set the difficulty down one notch with mostal's difficulty changer. Check the Lilith section of this site. It is worth it.

If you really want to look at a mod that plays in the main game and has major modification to the main game download BlackWidow+Santa mod within this forum.
From the start in Helos all the creatures are different and the scenery has also been changed.
I hav'nt played the game for a while but the mods we created are a lot of fun for those who have finished the game and still want to play more.
