a couple of questions

after searching for countless hours:knockout:and reading all the newb stuff, i got 2 questions;

1-if a pyromancer has a ring with 2-6 fire damage does it add to a fire staff's damage AND the damage of fire spells? if so then a paladin with a "club" weapon with lighting damage would add to, say, squall ? ( very newb, redundant question , i know, i just want to make sure i understand what i read about game mechanics correctly lol)

2-in Diablo2, you get the best exp from monsters +/- 5 levels from you. is TQIT the same or is it the higher the monster level, the more exp you get ?(havent found this answer yet after trying several searches:errf:) im trying to get to level 75 (hahaha, i know) so this info will help alot.

I can answer no. 2 with certainty - the higher the level, more xp.

For no. 1, I think it adds to the staff's damage but not to the spells.
