Quick question about Trance of Empathy.

I usually use trance of wrath for my harbinger, but noticed that trance of empathy when maxed [at 16/12 due to stonebinder's cuffs/hallowed helm] gives 85% damage reflection.

Firstly, do i receive 100% of the damage and then it reflects 85% back, or do i only receive 15% in the first place and the rest is reflected?

And secondly, would 85% reflection cause significant enough damage to be of use?

Edit: Just realised that given some thought, it is pretty obvious i wouldn't only receive 15% of the damage because many classes can easily get over 100% reflect damage. So now only my second question stands, is trance of empathy worth using at all? =P

ToW increases your damage more, but I'd go for ToC as a harbinger
anyway, you can still try with reflection it does not suck that hard

You can build a damage reflection build using a Templar, but otherwise it isn't really worth it.
