46%... lucky you, ive seen around 15 of them so far but my best has only been 39%.

My Ritualist has his equipped permanently, to get rid of the health drain just socket it with a completed ankh of Isis (getting +100% health regen or more will take your health regen to 0).

It's called a Sacrificial necklace and great for leveling up BUT you have to be extra careful since you lose over half your health. Stock up on health potions.

That's a pretty good Sacrificial Necklace, the one I'm using is +41%, but has a suffix ".... of the Lynx", so I prefer it over the other one I found that has +46%. The -68% HP over -53% HP is also makes the Lynx more preferable as I already lose over 3000HP with it on.

Like fishinfool said, it's great for leveling but you have to be careful, potions are a certain must, unless you have an ADtH something equipped and can dish out loads of damage but even then, you need to watch out for undeads.

what I would really like to know:

is this experience bonus also working for quests? that means, if I wear it before talking to the quest giver to solve a quest I get 30-50% more points?

or is it only working for combat experience?

I'm pretty sure it works for Quest points as well. which can make for some extreme level ups. like in normal Egypt there is that glitched quest where if you get the treasure before talking to the quest giver he gives you a **** load of experience. with such a necklace on you could get more than a levels worth of experience.

my spellbreaker has only 27xxhp

ive been crit by many regular mobs for over 700

at this point in IT its quite thrilling/nerve racking when i fight a gropu of enemies, i have 6% attack damage converted to health on a ring...so with a health potion my health staggers from half to full reallyr eally fast during fights...im waiting for that unlucky moment where i get 4 crits on me almost at the same time and die instantly.

It also works on gravestones. With a % that high, death is probably the fastest way to level up for you. ;)

Personally, I think those things can break the game for you by working on quests and gravestones. You'll end up at much too high a level too soon, and the game will become mind-numbingly boring.
