How does the Damage & Armor mechanics work in this game?
* If you have a sword p.e. How will strength & the offensive ability effect the damage output?
* How does defense of combined armor work? Howmuch does it absorb and how does Dexterity & the defensive ability effect that?
Just a few question I'd like to know to understand more of the Damage VS Defense mechanics.

Weapons do physical or a combination of physical and pierce damage. Physical damage is increased by STR while pierce damage is increased by DEX.
Projectile weapons inflict damage if they hit the enemy and do not run through a probability to hit formula.
Melee weapons run a probability to hit based on a comparison of the attacker's offensive ability to the defender's defensive ability. The lower your offensive ability is compared to your enemy's defensive ability the higher your chance of inflicting reduced damage or missing completely. The higher your offensive ability is compared to your enemy's defensive ability the higher your chance of hitting and inflicting critical damage.

Crit/hit/miss all depends on Offensive Ability VS Defensive Ability check.
