You can choose what suits you more. I have caster but I have seen more melee builds


2) Where do i put the stat points?

Depends what you choose
melee: 385 in dexterity and rest in strength
caster: 174 in dexterity and rest in intelligence


3) What's the best mastery to start with?
Melee: dream
Caster: nature or dream
