Am I the only Bone Charmer?

Been reading these forums for a few days and see posts by every other class except mine. I'm having a good time with this char and was trying to find some builds different than mine that are working for people. I'm lvl 23 atm.

Yeah what are your skills ? I haven't personally picked this class because the buffs/auras from the Spirit tree are generally better suited to a melee character, but otherwise both Hunting and Spirit are 2 of my (4) favorite masteries. :)

I am playing one. Hunter is a melee set if you build it with spears.

I was very happy with the set till I found out Call of the Hunt isn't a energy reserved buff.

I am currently building up Wood Lore (need attack speed for spears) and Ravages of time.

I take it none of you are using a bow? The deatchill aura doesn't seem really effective for a ranged attacker, who would prefer to keep the enemies outside the maximum 3.7 m range at all times.

Though, I can see Liches, Ether Lords and Enslaved Spirits being very good tanks for a ranged attacker.

I am a bone charmer! wee .. level 21 I believe (not logged into the game atm).. I'll give a rundown on my skills when I get back into it, but I'm doing a hybrid spear/bow combo with a few points on the spirit side in chill and fear (love the fear, have it maxxed)..

I've been lucky and have found some pretty tight gear (2 labyrinthian items, helm and shield), some blue lightning based bow (and had rams horn early on,w hich really kicked ass).. I've had some probs with bosses, which may make me rethink the hybrid portion, but so far I can take most mobs down in 1-2 shots that aren't grossly over my level..

My second character's gonna be a Bone Charmer :D I'm starting her tonight since I forgot to copy my first character before I left my parents' house and I'd rather not throw away the time I put into him over the holiday weekend.

I went the other way with mine, I went arrowand have maxed Marksmanship, puntutre shot, scatter shot and volley. I use the lich king from bone to cover me, or destract. I will be working on my bone skills more soon, im currently lvl 36, and kick alot of ass as most of my gear is lvl 35 blue... those arrows just expolde everywhere!

Its sooo easy to take out all the end bosses, (just finished normal) But i did put the majority of skills in hunting so far, and my arrow skills are basicly maxed.
PS with the 3rd telkine, i was able to do many item runs on him as u can hit him with the bow from the right hand side path, before you even have to agro him :)
