Tutorial 4 (Quest doesn't work)

I did this tutorial 4 times now and I always follow the steps exactly. My files are located in ...\My Games\Titan Quest\working and ...\My Games\Titan Quest\custommaps


Building and starting map is fine, but when I talk to the villager there is only a little black box over his head without text in it (I assume it's because there isn't any text in the modStrings.txt) and the button of my questlog remains grey, which means I can't click on it and it's still empty. The Satyr doesn't do anything and I can't kill him, because the last bit of his HP never vanishes.

Is there anyone who succeeded in doing this tutorial?

I made my own mod now with the villager, quest and everything else from tutorial 4. It is possible to klick the villager, which gives me some experience but the quest doesn't start.
This means that my condition (On interact with tutorial-quest_villager) works. One of the actions (Give Player N,N,N experience [just to see, if something's wrong with the condition]) is executed correctly, but the crucial ones (Update This Quest's Map Marker and Update This Quest's Dialog Tab) still don't do anything.

Why? There must be a solution. Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope.... :confused:
