Creating a good oracle

I have a lvl 16 oracle(spirit/storm) and I was wondering wherher I should change my build.
I have

-ternion attacks maxed out
-1 point in summon lich king(Might wanna spec out of that or Blizzard will sue me :))
-6 points in arcane something (it goes with ternion attacks)
-1 point in deathchill aura(for ravages of time)
-1 point in ravages of time
-1 point in lich king aura
-no points in storm

If enemies are not getting near you, you may want to drop deathchill as it is a close range debuff. At the same time, if you invest in the storm nimbus tree, it can enhance your ternion attack, especially if you use ice or lightning staffs.

Put at least 5 points into the liche king to get his Soul blight.

Also consider getting the storm wisp with eye of the storm, which at max level can effectively double your tenion damage.

Also dark covenant, unearthly power, can provide you with mana and boost damage another 50%, and life leech can help replenish life lost to dark covenant.
