The ventrilo server is located in texas, is 30 slots, and professionally hosted. I play TQ quite often and wouldn't be opposed to letting others use it to meet and play with the community. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Not a big fan of voice chat in these games (I usually blast music while I'm playing), but I am definitly looking to find a group to try the Multi-Play with

I'm interested, used to using TS with my UT2k4 clan. But I'm in Pennsylvania, I haven't played enough multiplayer to know if there's considerable lag caused by distance.

I am also very interested. Been using TS/Vent for wow and gw in the past.
If we can have long sessions per game, then vent is definately a plus.
It dosn't require a 40 man raid tactic- it will be quite enjoyable to talk about anything to drown out the repetetive mouse clicking..

Vent gets corrupted when used with TQ, wait for a patch.
Ahah! I knew something was weird with vent when i was playing TQ (was in a cod2 clan vent). I would love to have a TQ vent where people could hang out and talk, especially since the messaging system is lacking.

Yepp, they've said that they're working on a sulution for both Ventrilo and TeamSpeak. Though it will probably not be included in the first patch :(

It was posted before somewhere but there is an easy fix for vent I use all the time. Open TQ, alt tab out, ctrl alt del, goto processes, right click and set TQs priority to Below Normal. Launch vent and enjoy.
