Well, not sure 100% I perfectly understood the news item on GameStar here (http://www.gamestar.de/news/pc-spiele/rollenspiele/32801/), but from what I understood, THQ is giving for places to the official beta test. Winners will be invited in THQ Germany HQ on April, 28th.
Applications on Titan Quest HQ (http://tq.gamona.de/) fansite up to April, 23th 8PM (GMT+2).
It might interest some people (I guess you need to speak German and prolly live in Germany though - or maybe also Austria or Switzerland)
