what can go wrong? If it's on the same dvd it will probely ask you after instal the game if you want to instal the map and/or quest editor. For the editor(s) i think if they are not on the game dvd they will be on a seperate cd not a dvd, that is if they are not really big.

well dvd's can hold s**tloads of information right?
why won't they be on the same one?
most likely it will be someting like this: they have full install (including editors) and basic (game only) or smt for ppl who don't use the editors.. that way the editors don't need to hold the same files as the game does but the environmental files etc will be shared. because when they would make it a separate install, you'd have to get the location of your TQ game files and enter it in some installing wizard to get the editors working, and that's kind of a hassle if you ask me.

1. that is the old box.

2.
Although the environments are stored in a very compact form, there is still more information than can be stored on a single DVD. Right now the gane files have to be zipped just to get everything on one DVD. In beta, the files are downloaded to hard disk, unzipped, and then run. Perhaps there will be a more elegant solution for the release version, or perhaps the installation process will do this automatically.

Greetings:
If that's not the exact final box image on GameSpot, it's damn close, as in, we might tweak a few details, but that's what it's going to look like.

CD or DVD is being done on a territory by territory basis. I can't tell you at this point which territories will get which, because the territory managers are finalizing their requests.

Hope that helps.

Best,
Eyejinx.

Yes thank you very much and I can understand now why there haasen't been an official word yet for DVD or CD.

Well either eay im sure I will pick it up as DVD players are getting cheaper, but I'm to lazy to install it :(
