Ritualist on first telkine

So I just started my own ritualist (not much twinking except stone binders cuffs +2 all skills) I'm not far at all (lvl 7 ATM) but i was wondering...how do we tackle the first telkine?? If he can mind control my wolves and my nightmare will I be forced to deal with him with my staff? (I'm caster oriented btw)

It ended up being a lot easier than I thought. The wolves don't stay charmed for long, and when they are they don't seem to do much damage. Even in Epic with lots of pet bonus gear I can still tank the telkine, his limos minions and my wolves with little issue. Trance of Convalesence helps a lot.

Providing you take out the Limos quickly, this is actually a fairly easy fight for a Ritualist. Much easier than the Athens Catacombs boss.
