A few questions about Corsair and the game in generall.

Hey peeps!

Now that I'am almoste done with legendary, I started to wounder about some things.

I made the post in the "Defence" forums, since the class Iam playing are an Corsair, and
some of the questions are about my class.

Okey, Iam starting with my build.:rockon: So far my build look like this.

I usally run around with 3 buffs up, and then try to use Rally and Quick Recovery after where I feel I need them.
Then I have "Batter" on my left mouse key and "Lethal Strike" on my right. "Shield charge" are placed on the "w" key, next to the energy and restore health keys. Thats how I play normaly. useing those 3 skills over and over again.:errf:

So, if there is anyone that have played this class to the max lvl, I would love some tips on where to place the rest of my points. Since Iam kinda stuck atm. :rolleyes:

Now, over to my next question.
When I hit with my "Lethal Strike" I hear this sound when I hit, but its not always I see
the mob Iam hitting on loose hp at all. So I've tried to look it up on these forums but can't find anything about a chance to miss.

This post where the best one I could find about things like this, but from what I could find (or understand) I couldn't find anything about this subject. So I wounder if there is a chance to miss, and if there is a way to decrease this chance, since this happens kinda often now days.

Over to my last questions.
This is my only class above lvl 20. so Iam kinda new to the game. Started like 3-4weeks ago, when I stopped playing WoW.
But I have noticed that all the high end Spear + shield classes are running around with a green spear with either "Incarnation of the Valor of Achilles" or "Incarnation of Anubis' Wrath" enchanted on them. And with a DPS around 10-15K. This is way over the DPS I can put out. Iam running around with an Legendary Spear. Titan Quest @ GameBanshee (http://www.gamebanshee.com/cgi-bin/search/banshee_search.pl?_layout=TitanQuest_Items_Page&_cgifunction=search&TitanQuest_Items.id=1636) and are doing around 3K DPS atm. Really low if you compear that to the 10K the other ppl Ive seen out there. :cry:
Iam maybe to focused about the purple colour since Iam comeing from 2years of World of Warcraft. :twisted:
Where can I find a green weapon like this?
Ive been checking every corner of the maps so far, and nope! Not even close to finding a spear that gives % in dmg and attack speed and on top of that have an HIGH base dmg on the weapon.
Is this the way to go?
Is the green enchanted weapons better then the legendary ones?

Think I got it all down now. Sorry for all the typos that I missed during the read through that I just did, but you just have to live with em. :whistle:

for sick dps you need hunting.

for sick dps figures you need appollos will and trackers hood, to put it over the top add an amulted of immortal rage

build seems ok id kick the single target passives and get throwing knife + maxed flurry. or get them in your next lvls for that matter

activating LS from far away or the mob running away often results in a miss

Yep, but if you're already actively tanking a mob and within melee range Lethal Strike almost always hits.

Now I understand my difficulty with lethal strike. I had generally been using it against casters and archers to execute them and I just thought it was bugged since it was misfiring sometimes. Didn't know it is better suited to tanking than surgical strikes between casting.
