Can you scroll the camera and adjust respawn?

Hi guys. I've only been playing the game for a few hours and I'm finding it so so. It's very much like Dungeon Siege 2 but somehow not as good. Anyway I was wondering if it's possible to scroll the screen around. I have to zoom right out to be able to see and shoot at stuff and I miss all the lovely detail.

Also, when you load a game all the creatures you killed have spawned again. Is there a way to stop them from doing that? Not a biggie I just have a pathological loathing of respawn.

This game is not like DS series. You just kill and pick up loots- no micromanagement of parties and so on..

The perspective is 3/4 all the time- its just like diablo. You can't swivel camera.

How are you going to get your loots if the creatures don't respawn?. This game is created mainly for the loot runs...nothing else really.

You cannot change camera angle and you respawn at the closest city or fountain only.

Thank you but I didn't say swivel the camera or change the angle, I said scroll the camera. But never mind, I'm guessing no you can't.
