h1 there, this here is my SoothSlayer mass summoning bild:
SoothSlayer (http://www.titancalc.com/TitanCalc.asp?mastery=Soothsayer&master1=2&master2=4&m1=32-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-10-0-0-0-0-10-0-10-0-1-14-10-0&m2=32-8-15-12-0-1-6-0-14-6-0-8-0-10-4-10-1-6-4-0-10-0-0//url)
And i am wandering what will you say?

Not much can be said about it. A lot of pets and nothing else, besides plague.
You don't have a primary source of damage yourself, so you'll just tag along the pets. I think it will get rather boring.
As a side-note, Outsider generally needs only one skill point. It will last the full 30 seconds anyway.

outsider is really weak on 1 point, I noticed that after having 10 points in him, and then being advised to take it down to 1 point, so I did, but now he doesn't do nearly as much damage, and often dies before the boss goes down.

Outsider's main advantage is the enemy's health reduction which he gets right from the start. Besides, you should always have +4 all skill with you, so he should be somewhere at slvl5 with only one point invested.
Anyway, it's not forbidden to spend more skill points in it, I was just saying those points may be spent elsewhere w/o loosing too much...

I'd strongly suggest investing into Dark Covenant/Unearthly Power. When the +damage% and +elemental damage% gets applied to your pets you're getting a huge bang for your buck there. With so many different pets on the field at once, you're not going to be getting any constant benefit from so many points into Survival Instinct, so I'd scrimp from there to pay for the DC/UP.

Because you're going to be taking less hits due to your pet screen you can afford to play around with your equipment. I'd suggest going +pet damage and -recharge. The latter allows you to remove points from Refresh and keep DC/UP up constantly.

Not only do I think that you'll be pleased with it in single player, but between HoO, PoS, DC/UP, and SotP, your party members in multiplayer will never have had it so good.

You've spread yourself way to thin with your build. I'd recommend something more like this:

TitanCalc by stonedonkey - A Titan Quest Calculator - Soothsayer (http://www.titancalc.com/TitanCalc.asp?mastery=Soothsayer&master1=2&master2=4&m1=32-0-0-0-0-1-1-0-6-16-1-0-0-1-1-8-1-1-1-16-0-0&m2=32-1-16-12-8-1-8-0-1-8-0-10-0-16-6-12-1-8-1-0-1-0)

Oh and having a summon only build where your main character isn't fighting isn't boring, bug, as long as you're actively controlling your pets (which is much easier to do with the new patch).

My test druid I hacked up made me feel like I was playing friggin Star Craft, making sure my wolves and Wisp were all tanking a mob before dropping Plague and Squall.
