gas bomb question

Does the Envenom Weapon line, like Nightshade and Mandrake, affect the gas bomb?

Seems like it would be handy to slow/confuse a big group.

The +%posion damage from those two skills should add to it.

I dont see much of a reason to focus in poison....damn undead >.<

Yeah, that's why poison itself isn't so hot, but I was thinking that with maxed Nightshade and Mandrake, and a single point in gas bomb, I'm have a handy "slow/confuse bomb."

Can anyone confirm if that works?

Nightshade and Mandrake can be communicated through weapon attacks, including Staff and Throwing Knives. I don't think Gas Bombs are considered weapons for purposes of EW.

Besides, with maxed Flurry of Knives and +4 to your rogue skills, that's the rough equivalent of a confuse bomb anyways.

the main problem with gas bomb is its too slow, unless you throw it on an archer/spellcaster its completely worthless and yes it doesnt confuse and its slow is only 33%, worse than nightshade
