I've looked at a few builds and I'm wondering why most do not invest points into Reflection.

It seems perfect synergy with Storm Surge and the "go ahead and hit me I dare you" idea.

I have it maxed, it's a great skill!! I'm using it with my +20%dmg reflected amulet.. :]

It does it's job really well!!

Last time I checked you could also leech life with damage reflection. Is this still true prior to IT?
