Does Nightshade work?

Nightshade (Rogue) is supposed to add a slow effect when poisoning enemies. However, it does not show up in the effects of the "Envenom Weapon" button, or the Envenom icon (under your health bar) when it is active. Furthermore, I have not noticed any effect on enemies (at rank 2, 14% reduced speed).

There is certainly a buglet in that the effect info is not displayed. But has anyone noticed if it actually does anything at all?

It does work - if you pump some points into it the effects will be more noticable.

Watch how fast a monster swings, hit them with envenom weapon + nightshade active, and then see how fast they're swinging afterwards. They'll be swinging slower.

The effects of "Nightshade" are not displayed in "Envenom Weapon"'s tooltip, this is not a "buglet" its just how they decided to set up the tooltips. Its this way for any skill that has another skill which modifies it.

But there is absolutely no way to tell that your weapon will slow enemies, aside from digging into your Mastery tree windows. The poison icon under your health does not correctly list the effects of the poison. That is inarguably a buglet - though not, I agree, a bug.

Didn't realize that this slowed their attack speed as well as their movement. That makes this much more powerfull than I thought.
