Points and stuff

I'm adjusting some stuff on TitanCalc.. I'm trying to recall how many points are bonuses from quests etc..

from 1-65 I believe there are 6 skill points awarded from quests.

Does anyone know if and how many there are in the xpac?

It's 2 Skill Points, but I can't remember which side quest gives them.
