Worse drops in TQ1.3?

I should have posted my latest thread under this heading instead.

Are you having worse drops since moving to TQ 1.3?

I dunno but it feels that the cool items seemed to be nerfed now...

I started over and i have obtain nothing of "real" fun value so far and i am at Megara.

What is your take on this one...

I have noticed a decrease in good drops.
