Physical spell damage

Some of these dreams spells inflict a flat amount of physical damage. My question on this is simple. Does INT raise this number at all?

Nope, the game calculates all damage types the same way regardless of source.

"Damage" = Strength.

Int does increase Electrical Burn damage, and no stat is inherently tied to Vitality damage, although there's plenty of tools at your disposal to reduce enemy resistance to it.

All "damage" is boosted by str, whether skill or weapon.
Dex does the same for all pierce damage.
INT boosts all elemental damage; fire, lighting, cold, elemental and the DOTs burn frost and "electric burn".
