I thought this was necessary as I've been frustrated searching for these things.

This is mostly for the monster parts; these are my prefered hunting locations.

As a side note: These might not always be the best, but this is where I have the most luck.

Venom Sac: Sand swept Cave - East of Fayum.
Vile Ichor: Sand swept Cave - East of Fayum.
Spectral Matter: Temple of Hatshepsut - North of Thebes
Rigid Carapace: Temple of Hatshepsut - North of Thebes
Mechanical Parts: Minoan Labyrinth; Mount Olympus
Raptor Tooth: Chumbi Valley - North of West Silk Road Waypoint
Peng Claw: Great Wall

Can't think of any more off the top of my head.

They drop from spiders and scorpions- Egypt should be good place to look
