Adrenaline -Resilience , it used to, when go active lower recharge time of all the skills ( like spam batter when it was on )u used while it was active did they change that skill? it doesnt seem to lower the recharge of other skills anymore??

ps: Patched to 1.30 btw with Immortal Throne

Resilience was never intended to lower the recharge time of all skills, only the skill it was a synergy of... Adrenaline. The bug was fixed with 1.3 TQ/1.1 IT
