Two days ago I finished IT Hades Normal level and got many Arcane Formulas, yesterday I started on Epic Grcece, and completed half of it, but i got NO Arcane Formulas at all....

these formulas only appear on Hades level?

If not (i guess i was unlucky) the Formula are beter in Epic or Legendary? do they need Epic/Legendary Relics?

You get a lot as quest rewards in Hades though, wheras in the normal game and in epic greece etc you must get them as monster drops only.
