Here's my attack speed and damage without armor:

How can it be such an increase in attack speed ?

They raised the total attack speed cap in the database from 300% to 500%. Dunno how that relates to actual attack speeds attainable with weapons, 222% seems to be the one-handed norm now.

I was asking: can armor, which is in picture1, increase speed so dramatically.

p.s. Also noticed that no matter what weapon u use (even very slow), speed always 222 (when that armor is equipped) :)
